Start with your name, destination country and a contact method. You can also attach a drawing or leave a message. For a detailed quote, include the drawing revision, material, finish, quantity, critical features, required inspection records, delivery destination and arrival date.
We send a first reply within 12 hours of receiving your inquiry. A detailed quote may take longer if we need to clarify the drawing or machining requirements.
An existing order
For an order change, acceptance question or part discrepancy, send the drawing revision and order or batch reference. Include the affected quantity and any photographs or measurements that help explain the issue.
