Quotes & ordering

What is the minimum order quantity?

Orders start from 1 piece. We quote prototypes and repeat batches separately.

What is the production lead time?

7-14 business days after drawing and order confirmation, including finishing. Shipping time is additional.

What should I send for a quotation?

For a detailed quote, a revision-controlled 2D drawing and STEP model are the most useful files. Add the material, finish, quantity and destination, including critical tolerances, threads and acceptance requirements. You can start an inquiry with just your name, destination country and contact details; drawings are optional at that stage.

How do I send an inquiry, and when will you reply?

Enter your name and destination country, then choose WhatsApp / Phone or Email for our reply. Part type, machining processes, a message and drawings are optional. Files transfer when you send the form; selecting them does not upload them. A success message and reference appear after the server saves the inquiry. We send a first reply within 12 hours of receiving it, though a detailed quote may need more drawing or manufacturing information. If online submission is unavailable, use the email or WhatsApp contact shown on the page.

How are payment terms agreed?

The quotation states the payment method, currency and amount due at each stage.

How are samples charged?

The quotation lists machining, setup and freight charges and states whether a sample fee can be credited toward a later order.

What after-sales terms apply?

Your order sets the warranty coverage, exclusions and reporting process, with responsibility for rework, replacement, return freight and refunds.

What if a part does not meet the agreed requirements?

Send the drawing revision, part or batch reference, affected quantity, photographs and measurements. We review the discrepancy against the agreed acceptance criteria.

Processes & specifications

What can LZZ machine?

Our work includes CNC milling, turning, five-axis machining, plastic machining and casting finish machining. Casting orders also need a clear blank-supply and acceptance scope.

How should I specify the material and finish?

Name the grade, material condition and treatment. Mark cosmetic faces, masked areas and dimensions that apply after finishing.

Can every feature hold ±0.01 mm?

No. Selected critical features can be reviewed at ±0.01 mm. The accepted limit for each feature depends on the material, geometry, setup and measurement method.

Inspection & delivery

Which inspection documents should I request?

List the dimensional and first-article reports, sampling, report format, material traceability and finishing records you need. The quotation should include their cost. Request calibration evidence separately.

Is LZZ ISO 9001 certified?

Yes. Request the current ISO 9001 certificate, validity and scope for supplier qualification. Specify part acceptance and any industry-specific approval separately.

How are packing and international shipping agreed?

The shipping arrangement covers protection, transport, trade term, named place and destination documents. Transit time is additional to production.

What do the machining examples show?

They show part features and workshop setups. Inspection and performance results require separate records.

Have a question about your part?

Tell us what you need to know. You can add the current drawing revision if it helps explain the question.

Leave your name, destination country and preferred contact details. We reply within 12 hours.
