Your inquiry
The inquiry form asks for your name, destination country and a preferred reply method: WhatsApp / Phone or Email. Your company, product interest, machining processes, message and drawing files are optional. The page that led you to the form is included as context.
Selecting “Send inquiry” sends the completed form and selected files to our receiving service. A success message and reference appear only after the server saves the inquiry. If a response is lost, retrying the same submission does not create another inquiry.
We store the inquiry so our team can review it and reply through your selected contact method. Only signed-in administrators can view or export customer details and download attachments. Clicking an email or WhatsApp link is a contact action; it does not create an inquiry in our database.
Entries remain in the open page until you submit. We do not save unfinished form contents in browser storage or record typing. Failed submissions leave the entries available to edit. Refreshing the page clears the unfinished form.
We reply within 12 hours after receiving an inquiry. This is the first human reply; a detailed quotation can take longer when drawings or requirements need discussion.
Selected files
You can attach up to five files, 20 MB in total: PDF, STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, DXF/DWG, JPG/PNG or ZIP. Selecting a file does not upload it. The transfer begins when you send the inquiry.
The service checks file limits and supported formats and stores accepted attachments privately for inquiry follow-up. Attachments are available through authenticated download endpoints, not public file links. If we cannot confirm an inquiry was saved, the page keeps your entries available to retry.
Website analytics
Visit history is enabled by default. We record page and product views, technical-detail expansions, image views, download and contact clicks, form starts and submission errors. First-party browser and visit identifiers connect these actions into a visit history and help us recognise return visits.
The identifiers do not reveal a name on their own. If you send an inquiry while analytics are on, we can link this browser's visit history to the saved inquiry to understand the parts and services you asked about. Another browser or device has a separate history; clearing or blocking cookies can prevent this connection.
The browser identifier cookie lasts up to 180 days. A visit expires after 30 minutes without recorded activity. Records include the page, time, product reference, language, button position, source, country and device category. Analytics do not record typing, unfinished form contents, drawings, raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings. Contact clicks are actions, not saved inquiries.
You can turn off collection below. We remember your choice in this browser and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Turning off analytics stops future collection and clears the visit identifier cookies. It does not affect browsing or sending an inquiry.
Clear this browser's visit history
While this browser still has its identifier cookie, you can clear the linked visit records and disconnect them from saved inquiries. Inquiries submitted for follow-up remain available to our team. If you have already cleared the cookie, contact us about records associated with your inquiry.

External services
Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the receiving database, private file storage and Turnstile spam protection. Administrator login uses a protected server session or Cloudflare Access. These essential functions are separate from website analytics.
Opening an email or WhatsApp link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy. That service handles the contact details, messages and files you send through it.
Product and company information
Product pages illustrate component forms and the machining considerations for similar parts. Your controlled drawing and accepted quotation set the material, tolerances, inspection scope and commercial terms for the order.
The engineering guides help with drawing preparation and material selection. The installation plate EX-MOUNT-01, its drawing and its example inspection values are teaching material. They are not a customer part, an LZZ inspection result or evidence of delivery.
