CNC machining capabilities
We make prototypes and small production runs using milling, turning and multi-axis machining. We choose a route from the part geometry, material and cutter access.

Machining for your part
A flat face, a bore and an angled surface each need a suitable cutter approach. We review the drawing and setup constraints to decide how to hold and reach them.

CNC milling
Pockets, flat faces and hole patterns in blocks, brackets and housings.

CNC turning
Shafts, sleeves and fittings built around an axis, with shoulders, bores and threads.

5-axis machining
Angled faces and continuous contours needing access from several directions.

Machining of castings
Finished bores, sealing faces and mounting datums in a supplied cast blank.
Material, tolerances and supply scope follow the approved drawing.
Materials we machine
Include the grade, condition and finish if known. If they are still open, tell us about the loads, environment and working interfaces so we can discuss the options.

From prototype to repeat production
Evaluate a prototype
A prototype lets you check fit, assembly, appearance or a specific function. We work to a controlled revision and record the agreed results before you decide what to change or approve.
Plan a pilot or repeat batch
Pilot and repeat batches use approved drawings, with a quantity for each part number. Before release, we agree the production baseline, first-article decision, sampling and traceability.
Start with an existing sample
A physical part can be the starting point when the manufacturing definition is incomplete. Wear and missing details need to be resolved before model, drawing and first-part approval.

See the machining behind the part
The examples show how a part is held and reached by the cutter. For your drawing, critical features determine the inspection methods, sampling and records needed.
The drawing and accepted order set material, tolerances and delivery requirements.
Tell us about your part
If the material, process or design is still undecided, tell us what you need to resolve.
- Current model and drawing with units and revision
- Material grade, condition, finish and protected surfaces
- Quantity, critical features and inspection records
- Delivery destination and requested date
You can order from 1 piece. Production takes 7-14 business days after drawing and order confirmation, including finishing. Shipping takes additional time. Your quotation confirms the schedule for the quantity and requirements agreed.
