Turned fittings, connectors & flanges
A fitting, sleeve, shaft or flange is specified by the component it connects to. Thread or bore fit, the locating shoulder and any sealing face together determine the mating interface.

Select the component you need quoted and provide its controlled drawing. Each pictured form is a separate reference, not a supplied set.
Define the mating connection completely
The connection drawing needs the thread standard and engagement, mating bore or shaft, and the face that stops assembly. Any seal also needs a defined location and acceptance requirements.
| Feature | Drawing requirements | Acceptance checks |
|---|---|---|
| Threads & connections | Identify the common datum axis and mating fits. Specify thread standard, size, gauge and engagement; NPT, BSPT and metric are separate specifications. State dimensions and surface conditions accepted after treatment. | The specified thread gauge and engagement. |
| Sealing features | Show seal-contact faces, grooves and mating details with surface limits. For separate pressure or leak testing, define the fluid and temperature, procedure and acceptance limits. | Surface and separate leak-test limits. |
| Flanges & tool access | Locate mounting holes, flats and wrenching features relative to the connection axis. Specify mounting positions and wrenching clearance. | Mounting positions and wrenching clearance. |
Connecting turned features and mounting holes
For a threaded adapter, sleeve or mounting flange, we check access to the internal threads and bore shoulders. Any bolt pattern that shares the turned centerline must remain related to that reference through machining.
Define the supplied scope at the connection: one machined component, a set of mating pieces, or an assembly. Pressure or leak testing only enters that scope when the test conditions and acceptance limits are agreed.
CNC turning with cross-drilling, milled flats, hex features and grooves.
For fluid connections, laboratory equipment and valve assemblies, identify the mating threads, seal interfaces and operating conditions. Specify any pressure or leak tests with their acceptance limits.
